Trans-regionalising your family

If corporations can transnationalise and reap the benefits of globalisation, why can't families?

Indeed, if families are to reap the benefits of globalisation, they need to transregionalise, fast.
Why do we not want families to transnationalise? Unlike corporations, every family is most likely only located in a specific country. Hence, it will be unwise to transnationalise as the family might lose national benefits.

Instead, families can put their family members across regions of a country. For example, in US, a family can have a branch at New York, another at Chicago, yet another at Florida.

The benefits of transregionalising the family are many. The family can gain access to more territorial and geographical savvy information, hence allowing the family to have more leverage and assets in different regions. Trans-regionalising the family also allows the expansion of family assets, allowing the family more opportunities to capitalise on their assets with greater ability. Families' presence in many different geographical location can also build up family prestige, wealth and fame in different regions. It also allows family-run businesses to be able to spread their business from a one-shop to a many-shop business, and ultimately a TNC. This is good for SMEs too, as most of them are family-run or localised and transregionalising families can offer expansion opportunities in the form of trans-regional family labour and expertise. Corporations also stand to gain from increased knowledge and family connections of their workers and consultants thereby enabling them to get more benefits from their employees.
