However, I am concerned that people will leave the workforce in huge numbers. This is detrimental since a economy of no workers will not attract more companies which can give citizens more affliate earnings. Hence, I propose that those who get the "Affliate earning" must be or agree to be a worker in any industry, with the exception of those who are too old to work(retirees and pensioners). For these elderly, we can still give them affiliate earnings as they have retired. For those that are unemployed because they really cannot find a job, then we can put them to government civil service or find a job for them.
